Slow-Cooked Beef and Tomato Ravioli (400g)




These ravioli are made with free-range grass-fed beef, slow cooked with celery, tomato and red wine then mixed with ricotta. Our fillings are encased in our pasta made with 100% Australian Durum Wheat and Whole Free Range eggs. This product is sold frozen in 400g retail boxes.
Serving Suggestion: serve in a fresh tomato sauce, garnished with grated parmesan cheese and maybe some chopped mild fresh chilli.
